water detox plan day 2 Wednesday

Today I am going to talk about the effect of the water detox so far from day 1 till now.
Having had 600cl of water successfully on Tuesday,  I spent the entire day peeing and going around with a bulging stomach as if I had over fed. The good thing about this though was it was way easier to carry than a tummy filled with food lol.
I tried not to drink too much when I was about to sleep at night so I don't have to wake every minute to pee

Day 2.
 Despite the fact that I went to bed around 4am on Wednesday morning,  I woke  up 7am sharp. Amazingly sharp with so much energy. I Cldnt believe it. Right there on my bed I was wondering if everything was ok and tried recollecting everything I ate or drank a day before and there it was , the only different thing I did was the amount of water I drank.
I was too excited and decided to write about it. I continued my 600cl routine but this time somthings changed, my diet. Because I couldn't get wheat bread to buy around I had two slices of white bread and small portion of beans. I ddnt feel full but I wasn't still hungry either. After 30 mins I had 100cl of water in space of one hour.
I continued to drink water at intervals so I could complete my water plan for the day easily. About 4 hours after I started feeling hungry and I drank water instead, and waited for sometime to see if I would be hungry after that, I wasnt. Two hours after , I started feeling hungry again, this time I wanted food so I drank water while I go prepare my meal.
I did not have appetite for everything and wasn't ready to have cereal for lunch, so I had 1 wrap of fufu and ewedu with boneless smoked fish(half the size I eat on a regular day). Again I didn't feel full but I wasn't hungry either. I was tempted to eat something else but I decided to wait few minutes to see if I would still be hungry.  I wasnt and I continued my water routine for the day. Later in the evening,  I had a little alcohol with friends before going to see a late night movie. The timing was so quick that I forgot to have dinner, so I drank my last 100cl of water for the day before going to bed.
