It's another raining beautiful day and I am excited My weekend has begun.
So it's another morning of water detox therapy.
Today I have had just 50cl of water because I was beginning to have a headache again. It is calming down though but I will continue to monitor it.
Yesterday I had 550cl instead. I noticed the headache subsided after I used pain killers in the afternoon but later came back at night and that moment I noticed the headache, I was sipping water.
Anyway today is an day so I am going to take my time to understand what is going on. Right now I am going to get banana for pottasium and increase my spice intake for sodium . Let's see what happens next.
600cl is still the target. 550cl to go.

Water detox therapy DAY 3
It's another beautiful day, bright weather, although it's started raining and it feels like my roof is going to reap apart.
This is the 3rd day of my water detox therapy and to tell you the truth, I don't feel good. I feel sick. Banging headache, trembling body and fatigue.
I have no idea what caused the headache or why I am feeling exhausted or even trembling.
I am not sure if it's the alcohol I had yesterday. But I had a really small quantity. Could it be because I haven't had it in a while? Or could it be cos I didn't have dinner last night? But I am not new to skipping dinner. I also noticed the head ache didn't start immediately, it started after my breakfast. And by then I had already had about 150cl of water. So I decided to check the Internet if sudden intake of so much water could cause all this discomfort. Yes they are all symptoms of hyper hydration but I don't want to completely rule out alcohol on empty stomach no matter how little it was.
So I am going to include meals high in potassium, sodium and calcium to my diet plan so as to replace everything washed out. I am not going to reduce my water intake yet, I am just going to space it a little bit more.
For eating. I haven't been faithful to my protein and fiber diet but I hope to change it from tonight. I had white bread (agege bread) and hot milo this morning(I had sugar cravings) and for lunch I had a wrapped of fufu and ewedu with smoked fish just like yesterday. For dinner I am going have Kelloggs fruits and fibre cereal.
What I noticed today is, unlike yesterday when I had my lunch and I wasn't full, today I felt full after having my lunch. Same meal, same quantity(half my regular quantity). Although the trembling has stopped, I am still a little tired and the head ache is subsiding(no drugs)

Tomorrow I shall be back for more updates. And yes I woke up strong again today.

water detox plan day 2 Wednesday
Today I am going to talk about the effect of the water detox so far from day 1 till now.
Having had 600cl of water successfully on Tuesday, I spent the entire day peeing and going around with a bulging stomach as if I had over fed. The good thing about this though was it was way easier to carry than a tummy filled with food lol.
I tried not to drink too much when I was about to sleep at night so I don't have to wake every minute to pee
Day 2.
Despite the fact that I went to bed around 4am on Wednesday morning, I woke up 7am sharp. Amazingly sharp with so much energy. I Cldnt believe it. Right there on my bed I was wondering if everything was ok and tried recollecting everything I ate or drank a day before and there it was , the only different thing I did was the amount of water I drank.
I was too excited and decided to write about it. I continued my 600cl routine but this time somthings changed, my diet. Because I couldn't get wheat bread to buy around I had two slices of white bread and small portion of beans. I ddnt feel full but I wasn't still hungry either. After 30 mins I had 100cl of water in space of one hour.
I continued to drink water at intervals so I could complete my water plan for the day easily. About 4 hours after I started feeling hungry and I drank water instead, and waited for sometime to see if I would be hungry after that, I wasnt. Two hours after , I started feeling hungry again, this time I wanted food so I drank water while I go prepare my meal.
I did not have appetite for everything and wasn't ready to have cereal for lunch, so I had 1 wrap of fufu and ewedu with boneless smoked fish(half the size I eat on a regular day). Again I didn't feel full but I wasn't hungry either. I was tempted to eat something else but I decided to wait few minutes to see if I would still be hungry. I wasnt and I continued my water routine for the day. Later in the evening, I had a little alcohol with friends before going to see a late night movie. The timing was so quick that I forgot to have dinner, so I drank my last 100cl of water for the day before going to bed.

14 DAYS WATER DETOX PLAN
#Titisdiary on Tuesday. I decided to start a detox therapy cos I knew I needed to detox. so I chose water detox therapy. Having read a lot about effects of drinking water and consulting my Doctor , I decided to go for it.
This I will do for 14 days and also adjust my diet a little to see if it works. I will be posting each day's progress on fb and any observation.
RECIPE FOR DETOX.
600CL of water daily
100cl in the morning,
50cl after a cup of green Tea
50cl 30mins after breakfast.
100cl 30mins before lunch
100cl 30mins after lunch
50cl 30 mins before dinner
150cl 30mins - 3hrs after dinner (I have dinner by 5pm)
Diet type: protein, fiber and vegetables diet. (no carb for 14 days).
